At FrostGlow, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works and what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance (for Canada), and other unforeseen delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. FrostGlow is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to the carrier or sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays and Carrier Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at support@frostglow.shop within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customs and Duties (Canada Orders)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs inspections or import fees depending on local regulations. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
